Los servicios de Información Tecnológica son:
Estudios por materias y/o titulares para conocer el estado de la técnica en una determinada materia o la cartera de patente de la competencia.
Estudios y dictámenes de patentabilidad. Permiten evitar un registro innecesario del cliente y para valorar las patentes de la competencia.
Estudios de infracción de patentes en un doble sentido: tanto si terceros están infringiendo un derecho de nuestro cliente, como si nuestro cliente está infringiendo un derecho de terceros, incluso como paso previo a la interposición de una demanda o a la respuesta a un requerimiento.
Although Section 1 of Intellectual Property Law states that “the intellectual property of a literary, artistic or scientific work belongs to the author merely for creating it”, it is required that the authorship is irrefutably proven.
